NYM Single and Double Head Coilers SHC-DHC

The machine has got a strong chassis of welded construction. Coil heads are mounted on rotating main flange as consol. When the first coil head is full, main flange safety pin is unlocked with foot switch and main flange is rotated. While the second coil is reeling up, the first coil is bound and taken out. Start-stop button, speed potentiometer and digital metering are on the front panel. With the first signal from digital metering, coiling speed decreases and with the second signal, the head stops immediately with electromagnetic brake. Coiling flanges are of aluminum and they can be easily dismounted and re-mounted.
