Programmable digital counter is fitted on the machine. Rotation speed of the measuring drum is measured with encoder. Desired cable length is programmed on the counter. When close to the desired length, the counter sends the first signal. At the first signal, line speed decreases, and at the second signal, line stops at the desired length.
