Single Twist Buncher

Single Twist Machine is an extremely versatile and reliable machine. Part of its versatility comes from a smooth wire path geometry design incorporating slight angles and generous radii enabling it to produce a wide range of special cables. It can be used for: - Stranding of unilay and reverse concentric cables; - Rope or laying-up of flexible and ultra-flexible cable; - Screening and armoring; - Production of telephone, building, power, signal and fiber optic cables; - LAN cables with or without taping. Single Twist Buncher can be utilized in the role of both take-up and pay-off applications as in the production of reverse concentric lay products. When production shifts away from a back-twist pay-off requirement, the line can be configured into two independent lines. Single Twist Buncher is available with a direct haul-off, internal or external capstan configurations. These large machines of 1250 mm up to 2000 mm are with a closed cradle type flyer and pintles to support the bobbins.
