Our extruders reach the longest operating life with the use of German-certificated nitration steel 1.8550 materials in screw and barrel and long-lasting gas nitration which provide optimum firmness and hardness. Extruders are fitted with precise control equipments for screw-barrel and temperature. Therefore, adjusting for different materials is enabled and variation in output products is prevented.
